It’s been a busy stretch, in the best way.
From community initiatives to behind-the-scenes updates and a few new things we’re excited to share, here’s a quick look at what’s been happening at AW4U lately.
We’re seeing more buyers explore new builds and one of the biggest things that often gets overlooked is the HST rebate.

Our Slow Down sign rollout has been picking up momentum across Windsor-Essex.

Introducing Our Summer Yoga Series
We’re launching MOVE, a free summer yoga series happening in parks across Windsor-Essex. This is your chance to slow things down, get outside, and stay connected to the community.
Sessions will run on June 6th, July 4th, August 1st, and September 12th.
More details coming soon, but consider this your early heads up.
